Totesoft Provider-Specific Terms — Espresso

Provider: Totesoft LLC ("Totesoft", "Provider")
Email: info@totesoft.com
App: Espresso — a Jira workflow post function (the "App")
Last updated: August 20, 2026

These Provider-Specific Terms supplement the Standard End User Agreement published by Atlassian (the "Standard Agreement") and apply to Customer's use of the App obtained through the Atlassian Marketplace. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Standard Agreement. If these Provider-Specific Terms conflict with the Standard Agreement, these Provider-Specific Terms control to the extent the Standard Agreement permits.

1. The App; No Fees

The App is made available through the Atlassian Marketplace free of charge. No fees are payable to Totesoft for use of the App, and nothing in these Provider-Specific Terms creates a payment obligation. Totesoft may release updated versions of the App from time to time; updates are delivered through the Atlassian platform.

2. Scope of the App

The App performs arithmetic calculations between two numeric Jira issue fields and writes the result to a target numeric field when an issue passes through a workflow transition on which the App is configured. The App runs entirely on Atlassian Forge infrastructure and does not transmit Customer data to any Totesoft-hosted or third-party system. Details of the data the App reads, writes, stores, and logs are described in the App's privacy notice at [APP PRIVACY NOTICE URL].

3. Support

Totesoft provides support for the App on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis, without a guaranteed response time or service level. Support requests may be submitted to info@totesoft.com or through the support channel linked from the App's Marketplace listing. Totesoft does not provide support for modified use of the App outside its documented functionality.

4. Privacy

Totesoft's general privacy policy is available at [GENERAL PRIVACY POLICY URL], and the App-specific privacy notice at [APP PRIVACY NOTICE URL]. The App is designed so that Customer content remains within the Customer's Atlassian site: computation occurs in Forge functions, diagnostic run history is stored in Forge hosted storage on the Customer's site, and configured field values are not written to application logs in normal operation.

5. Governing Law; Courts

As permitted by Section 19.2 of the Standard Agreement, these Provider-Specific Terms specify the following: the Governing Law is the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A., excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, and the Courts are the state courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia (including the Superior Court of DeKalb County) and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division. Each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue of those courts. Except as expressly stated in this Section, these Provider-Specific Terms do not modify Section 19 of the Standard Agreement.
